What do you mean by Training Curriculum?

For me a training curriculum is a set of modules (courses)correlated to each discipline offered within our training center.

Training curriculum are based on the end goals a student have to reach and pass for their examins.

As instructor you are having the responsibility to make sure your students are properly prepared for this final examin so that they pass.

If a student does not pass it means that also you as instructor did not succeed.

To reach that ultimate end goal, you set up sub-goals you student has to reach in each training session.

If now as instructor you would create a full programm of these training sessions with its end goals and ways of how to evaluate your student within your training sessions, than you could say you did create a full "Traning Curriculum".

The more detailed you make this training curriculum the better, add your training techniques to it with prepared questions, actions etc, which would create in that way a system/curriculum which also other instructors could use, that on its turn would create a set standard within your organisation.

To go even a level further, you start to teach your instructors how to instruct according to that system, how to use the different training techniques, how to evaluate during the training sessions, how to prepare students to get a% examin passing rate.

If you reach that level it means you have a perfect system.
