Hiring somebody, particularly at a mid-senior level position is always been a lengthy process needs certain setps to come to a conclusion.
Well ........if your CV is shortlisted after first screening (which i am sure will), my hiring panel will call you for an interview.
If you will land among the top3 candidates, we would further assess you by administering few tests which may help us in understanding if you are qualified, skilled enough or has the abilities to perform the job for which we are hiring. e.g. personality tests and case studies.
If you will be among the top2, we will check your references, just to validate the information that you have the knowledge, skills and attitude for the applied position.
