Is there any chance for a .net programmer (fresher) to get software developer job directly or have to work as trainee to get experience ?

From Indian market , I generally haven't seen that as a fresher you could directly get the technology of your choice. Based on resource and project requirements you could be pooled into any of the technology . Not sure if .NET certification might help you getting a .NET developer role. Regarding the trainee or developer , there is not much difference apart from the designation , you should be doing more or less the same work so I don't see any issue with starting as a Trainee
