Human Resources Manager - a person who incharge of the department that deals with the employment, training, support, records and other activities of a company's employees.

Human Resources Ofiicer- is responsible for providing support in the various human resourcefunctions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performancemonitoring and employee counseling.

According to Hirarchy HR manager has more responsibilities then HR Officer,HR manager is the approver for HR officers.

The Store HR is a key resposible person for the people management, he should focus on the key areas like staff engagement, staff motivation, KRA's understanding and team management.
