Maintain a business relationship but get personal as far as connections are concerned especially regarding the use of your supplies. Mind the customer at all times and so they'll mind you thus an opportunity to translate that profound relationship into a product talk.

By giving them a servuce that is not only excellend and satisfying, but unpredictable which will amaze the customer. For example, a customer puts in mind to buy a dress but then you tell her that if she buys it she can get another item on a discounted price and by also adding a service like alterations or adding jewelery or extras to the piece. By this you gave the customer a non-predictable service which not only made them satisfied but also amazed by your offerings and services.

By giving him a service that not only satisfies him but delights him.

For example if a person has applied for loan, if the loan is processed fast  the customer is satisfied.

If we give an emi free or waive certain processing charges he would be delighted.

Only a delighted customer would be a promoter or an unpaid salesman of the brand.

A satisfied customer is a fence sitter. He would leave if he gets a better offer.
