4. Employees are respected and well looked after
5. Development and additional training for the employees
6. Language (Universal language which is English)
Do we really have control, in matters of choosig or prefering Managers?
it doesn't matter, the most important he/she is professional if not, there will be hard time.
I prefer the arabic director.
i don't see how it really matters,having a qualified leader is the most important aspect.i have had american and arab bosses in the past and they were both real professionals,i have had a woman director at some time in my career also and i have great repect and appreciation for women professionals.
It should be judged on ability, not gender, race, colour or creed. The right PERSON for the job.
It's all the same for me as long as i do my job the way it should be.
How does it make a difference ?
I prefer the manager who leads team based on modern management skills. It doesnt matter that Arabic or Foreign manager.
