Work in international company give you many pluses in developing your personal and professional skills.
Different characters and way of thinking will give you open minded point of view dealing with all projects.
Its good for your CV because ususally Employer estimates such experience very good.
In general your professoanal skills matter more then title of position.
In one company you can be experienced specialist, in another your professionalism is not enough to do the job.
I think local company can not give so much possibilty for development but its good if you decided to work withing the same company long time and dont want to get new experience.
You feel comfortable in local one and dont need another perspective.

i think multinational companies having good appotunities to improve herself these giving us many ways to improve and prove us if we want to do some .these are giving us a lot of new chances to develope us our carear

Working in multinational company at the entry level gives you exposure to the existing best practices in the market for the respective field, because of this your market value obviously increases.
Search for future jobs becomes easier as the goodwill value of the multinational company helps you.
However a local company with great responsibility is likely to give you more in-depth knowledge beyond your chosen field, likely to make you multi field multi task professional.
