How to assist the class teacher in the classroom and to help to give right discipline specially the student who have a problem?

Assuming you are what ??   school master ??  supervisor ??  academic support ??  administration ?? education authority ??  Discipline in the classroom is an attitude issue specially in private schools ...  The school should respect itself to get the respect it expects from the students and their parents.   Being too commercial makes the school management bend on its knees for money, and being too political makes it bend on its knees for students and parent who have position and power !!

The school system should balance things and apply firm and strict policies.  School management should make sure this system is applied, and school teachers in their classrooms are the front-end in dealing with these issues.  They (school teachers) should be empowered to do this, and at the same time they should be observed how they use this power and hold them accountable for any abuse of this power !
