Dear Muktesh, Employee engagement initiatives like Pulse, Skip, Town hall, Meet the leader,30-60-90 meet, Business unit induction, team building, knowledge sharing session, policy awareness sessions, yoga sessions, stress management workshops etc help create a better environment at work.
The communication platforms gives the bottom line a chance to communicate to HR, the support it requires to perform better.
Also in case the employee does not feel connected to the business or organization at large, he will surely gain from the employee engagement initiatives designed to help him know the organization.
Employee engagement helps to foster healthy relations among employees, increase their motivation level and make them feel valued.
