Did you use FIDIC contracts in your business ? If yes. what kind of them ? If not. What you use ?

I don't know what are FIDIC contracts. We use contracts prepared by the legal department drafted as per the related local laws and regulations.

FIDIC is best known for its range of contracts that includes the: Dredgers Contract; Short Form of Contract; Construction Contract; Plant & DB Contract; DBO Contract; and EPC/Turnkey Contract. Details are available in the FIDIC Bookshop. FIDIC also publishes the Client/Consultant Model Services Agreement together with the Sub-Consultancy Agreement and the Joint Venture Agreement. FIDIC publishes the MDB Harmonized Edition of the Construction Contract that is used by Multinational Development Banks including the World Bank for their projects.

No ... not really, I use my own contract forms/templates and in some cases, the client like USAID have their own as in STTA (Short-term Technical Assistance) ... 

Dear Ramy , Fidic contracts newly subjected for KSA & Gulf area, for us I attend several meeting of the same, its under final process for Saudi market.
