Fibrinolytics are indicated in acut MI ,PE ,DVT ,and acute Ischemic stroke and shouldnt be used if there is an active bleeding or chronic MI

Thrombolytics used in STEMI if coronary angiography is contraindicated and in Pulmonary embolism
