BEST WAY IS TO USE SOME INFLUENTIAL THIRD PARTY TO MAKE HAPPY ENDING ADJUSTMENT OUT OF COURT................ GOOD DAY

Try and negotiate with  the client. Go for arbitration, if the contract provides.
