I think both are necessary . If i cannot be a good listener i cannot understand my work properly  and to  speak something person must know what is required to say .

I WOULD LIKE TO BE BOTH  BECAUSE WHEN WE ARE ABLE TO LISTEN THEN ONLY WE WILL BE ABLE TO SPEAK

Listener as being a listener you grasp more and more things and can help in being a good speaker also if you are aware of the facts

good speaker must be a good listener too because if a work is aloted to them then without listening to the topic then  they cant speak any more
