I have never heard of any banks offering student loans. Are there any banks that provide these loans in the Middle East?‎

Actually, there are some banks in UAE offering some sort of student/education loan. These include Noor Islamic Bank, Mashreq Bank, Barclays and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. ... Voir Plus

Check with Doha Bank in Qatar; they provide the education loans to the students studying in Qatar university.
