Is it possible to use WiFi and LAN at the same time in Laptop/Desktops?‎

Basically Priorities can be setup on which connection to prefer either Wireless or Wired, Is there any way to use both at the same time?‎

Anyone knows a good wifi router model that optimizes experience on mobile devices?‎

So basically, I have a Belkin device which works sort of ok when I am using my laptop, and terribly bad when I am using my iphone.‎
